SHIPPING WITHIN THE USA
Wig Studio 1 offers free shipping within the USA via USPS | UPS Ground | Fedex Sure Post (shipping type depending on customer location and manufacturer), arriving in 4-7 business days on all orders over $150.00.
All orders under $150.00 shipping within the USA are also shipped via USPS | UPS Ground | Fedex Sure Post (shipping type depending on customer location and manufacturer), arriving in 4-7 business days. Orders under $150.00 incur a flat rate of $12.00 shipping charge.
As orders are received, we process each order directly through the manufacturer. Items that do not ship directly from the manufacturer to the consumer are as follows:
- Godiva's Secret Wigs Orders - Order is shipped to our store in Ridgefield, WA, and then forwarded to our customer.
- Clearance Orders - Ship directly from our location in Ridgefield, WA
- PUSH Orders - Ship directly from our location in Ridgefield, WA
- Accessory Orders - Most accessory items ship directly from the manufacturer; however, in some cases, accessory items may ship from our location in Ridgefield, WA.
***Please note that all Accessory Items and Clearance Items are Final Sales.
Once the manufacturer receives an order, it will ship within 2 - 5 business days, as long as the item is in stock.
If you would like to confirm that an item is in stock before placing your order, please email us at email@example.com or reach out to us via our Live Chat function on our website during regular business hours (8 am - 4 pm PST Monday - Friday).
If you place an order for an item that is not in stock or available for immediate shipping, you will receive notification via email within 2 - 5 business days of placing your order with the estimated arrival date of your product, and at that time, you will be given the option to complete one of the following:
1. Select a new item/color that is available immediately.
2. Request to be placed on our priority waitlist to receive the product once it becomes available for shipment (please note that we will complete the charge to the payment method used with your original order). All orders placed will be set to ship once they become available if no changes are made to the order.
3. Cancel your original order and refund your method of payment.
We will promptly ship item(s) once they become available with the selected original Shipping & Handling method.
Tracking information will be provided for all shipments within 24-48 hours of shipping.
If you would like expedited shipping on your purchase, we offer expedited shipping options via UPS within the United States only. The cost of expedited shipping will be the customer's responsibility, and the amount will be listed at checkout and will vary depending on your location and the location of the manufacturer.
***Please note that expedited shipping does not include the order processing time of 2 to 5 business days. ***
***Most hair care products are only able to be shipped via UPS Ground.***
The company reserves the right to send orders to the billing address if a differing shipping address cannot be verified for the cardholder's protection.
Shipping to the following locations will accrue a flat rate shipping charge of $35.00. Please expect to ship within 7 to 10 business days to these locations (please note that backorder information will be sent within our normal timeframe of 2 to 5 business days of receiving your order):
- Puerto Rico
- Virgin Island
Orders over $500.00 in value may require a signature upon delivery.
Additional Shipping & Handling Charges:
Any shipments returned to us due to an undeliverable address, refusal upon delivery, or cancellation after shipment has left our warehouse will inquire a restocking fee of 25% of your order total.

Shipping delays may occur due to holidays, natural disasters, inclement weather, or carrier delays. Please remember that holidays do not count as a business days and should be considered when calculating shipping times.
