RECEIPT OF DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
Please inspect all merchandise thoroughly upon receipt. Should any order be damaged in shipping from the warehouse to you, or you feel an item has a manufacturer defect, please keep the package intact (box, merchandise, etc.) and complete a Return Authorization Request immediately so that we may coordinate an exchange and re-shipment of your items.
We cannot accept a defective item back if the item is not in eligible condition, so please ensure the following:
- Packaging and product are not altered in any way, with the exception of damage by the carrier. Item MUST be returned in a card board box. Items received back in bubble mailers or packing paper will be returned to sender un-opened.
- Hair must not be shaken out or brushed.
- Product has not been worn (except for trying on).
- Odor-Free - Any odors on the product will render the product ineligible for return or exchange. This includes cigarette smoke, perfume, shampoo, any styling products.
- Tags and all original packaging must be intact.
- Item and / or packaging is not damaged in any way.
- Request for Return or Replacement is made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.
Please provide images of the damaged shipment, so that we may forward to the manufacturer.
